Why GMA is unique

Is GMA a medical sales recruiter or broker?

No.  The first place you can see the difference is in our pricing.  GMA’s one-time, flat fee is 70-80% less than typical recruiters.  GMA does not require a deposit prior to begin working with clients and we do not take a cut of the ISR’s commission over the first twelve months as many recruiters do. And because GMA is unique to the medical industry, we also do not split our fees with any outside organization. GMA aligns our clients to what both parties want and creates a symbiotic relationship.  We utilize a number of tools to match the company to the rep, and vice versa.  Recruiters typically place direct sales reps (W-2 employees) to companies.  GMA only works with independent medical sales representatives and manufacturer’s reps/sales agencies who have decided to work for themselves and carry a number of products for a number of related principles.  We don't “place” people or products, we “align” people and products to each other to determine the best fit for both parties.
