Our Commitment To Privacy:
Your privacy is important to us at Global Medical Alliance (GMA). To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our Home page and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.
The Information We Collect:
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the www.globalmedalliance.com website. On our Client pages, you can register via any one of three forms (Online, PDF, or Downloadable Excel file) to be entered into our Medical Industry Sales Template (M.I.S.T.) software database. This software is used to match the skill sets of Independent Sales Representatives (ISRs) with Medical Device Manufacturers and Distributors (MDMs). After an ISR or MDM contacts GMA, we obtain the information required in the Sales Professional Profile (SPP) or Manufacturers Company Profile (MCP). Then, we run a search through our proprietary M.I.S.T. software. After we have identified product or people matches, we contact the parties to determine their interest in working together. Once we have verified mutual interest and received the consent of each party, we introduce the parties to each other.

GMA also collects personal information on our Contact Us page, including Name, Address, Phone Number, Email address. The purpose of the contact form is to submit comments and questions to GMA, to receive our company newsletter, and to request for GMA to contact the person submitting the form.
The Way We Use Information:
We use the information you provide about yourself when completing the SPP or MCP only to match potential ISRs with MDMs. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that matching process.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
Our Commitment To Data Security:
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
How You Can Update Your Information:
You can update all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by either completing an updated SPP online and attaching your most updated resume. GMA will utilize your most recent SPP when matching you with MDMs after you contact GMA by phone or email notifying us of those intentions. You may also request a copy of your most recent SPP or MCP on file by simply contacting GMA by phone or email. You will be sent a non-editable copy of your profile. You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error and allow us to make any updates. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.
To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting copies or making corrections.
