Ms. Watton has over fifteen years of experience in the financial and service industries dating back to her first position supporting the front office of one the foremost computer laboratories in the world (at a large "technical" institute in Cambridge, MA).  There she began honing her skills in budgeting, proposal writing, operational policy development and implementation, and most importantly - risk management.

Three years later she joined a big four accounting firm in the tax department, preparing both individual and corporate tax returns, later upgrading to the newly formed Finance department, where she acquired essential knowledge in cost accounting, efficiency and cost controls, change management, customer service, and problem solving.

Ms. Watton not only brings her extensive background in operational support, but also the energy and enthusiasm to facilitate, encourage, communicate and cooperate with the above department heads in order to accomplish the goals and missions of GMA.
